Additional restrictions imposed on South Africa's hotspot

The National State of Disaster has been extended until 15 January 2021.

All level one restrictions will remain in place throughout the country.

The Nelson Mandela Bay Metro has been declared as a coronavirus hotspot. A curfew between 10h00 pm and 04h00 am will come into effect as of midnight 3 December 2020.

The consumption of alcohol in public spaces is strictly forbidden.
