National Operations Leader

Bronwen started her travel career as a consultant in 2003 before moving into a training role in 2007, developing new recruits. She then worked in the finance department for a number of years before returning to the front line as a Corporate Traveller team leader in 2011. In 2014 Bronwen was promoted to National Operations Leader where she currently leads, develops and manages the operational performance of the travel manager teams. Her top travel tip: Learn a little destination lingo before you set off. Knowledge of a handful of keywords and phrases can go a long way towards establishing firm business relationships.

General Manager

Uzair (Oz) Desai started his career with the Flight Centre Travel Group as a retail consultant in 2010. Oz excelled and enjoyed rapid promotion through the ranks of Assistant Team Leader and Team Leader. He then decided to move into the Finance division, putting his BCom to good use. In 2015 he was promoted to Area Leader, leading a team of 70 individuals and 15 managers. After achieving record growth he was appointed Corporate Traveller General Manager in May 2017. Known as one of the emerging voices in the travel industry Oz is passionate about the business of travel and focuses on consistently providing excellent customer service.

Product Leader

Lebogang started her travel career as a consultant at Flight Centre Parkmeadows in 2004. She excelled and won various performance awards including Most Improved Consultant, attending the prestigious Global Awards in Ireland in 2007. Lebo moved to Corporate Traveller not long thereafter and worked in various travel management and sales roles before being promoted to the customer relationship team in 2015. Now as Product Leader Lebo is tasked with negotiating and securing the best value travel products for Corporate Traveller customers.
