Corporate Traveller has announced the appointment of Daniela Kelfkens as its new National Sales Manager to help drive the company’s future growth.
Kelfkens has more than 18 years’ experience in the travel industry, working in various departments of the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG). Her career started in 2001 as an international travel consultant in a Flight Centre store in Menlyn, Pretoria.
Recognising her strengths and abilities, FCTG soon promoted Kelfkens to the position of Area Leader, first in Gauteng, Mpumalanga and the North West and, later, overseeing the Western, Southern and Eastern Cape. Working her way further up the ladder, Kelfkens became General Manager of the FCTG Retail Division in 2009.
Kelfkens enjoys people development and coaching, which helped her in the role of Business Leader of the FCTG Sales and Leadership Academy in 2012. When a position in the UK became available, Kefkens spread her wings. Although Kelfkens says she thoroughly enjoyed her time abroad, South Africa would always be ‘home’, and she returned in 2018.
“The experience I gained by working with people from all over the world has equipped me to work with and understand team members and clients from many different backgrounds and industries,” says Kelfkens.
In her new role as National Sales Manager, Kelfkens wants to see the Corporate Traveller brand become a powerhouse in South Africa. “Corporate Traveller is a great organisation.
