Premier Hotels & Resorts continues to grow. It is investing over R380m in the development of a hospitality precinct on Umhlanga Ridge, Durban, off the N2, offering a four-star Premier Hotel and three-star Premier Splendid Inn, scheduled to open in February.
The 130-room Premier Hotel will offer a restaurant, swimming pool and gym, while the Premier Splendid Inn will feature 64 rooms and its own restaurant. Guests at both hotels will enjoy sea views from every bedroom, and access to the on-site conferencing venue that will cater for up to 400 delegates.
