Companies that you and I deal with often complain when service is poor and I have found that not many take the opportunity to give credit when credit is due which in this case it is.
Therefore I would like to commend Lisle for her unwavering commitment to ensure that SSG received the best possible service. This weekend I had to call upon her a number times and on all occasions they were rather late in the evening and early on Sunday morning when most people are out enjoying time with their church and family.
Lisle understood the urgency of our requests and she went out of your way to solve it speedily and to my satisfaction without any quibbles. Furthermore Lisle upon my enquiry was able to reduce the overseas flight by a substantial margin which took her extra time on Saturday night while also attending to her family. I commend Lisle for this in particular.
